Ophenel emerges from the silence between cathedral bells. Drawing on atmospheric metal, dark folk and liturgical chant, the project frames each release as a hymn rather than a song — a verse confessed, a chord that opens a door. The debut single "Call Me Down" sets the tone: weight without bombast, devotion without dogma, an exile that refuses repentance. A second hymn, "Embrace", is being recorded by candlelight.
